By this notice, VILLA VICTORIA EUGENIA MORENO, NIF 28791789K, in her capacity of proprietor and Director of the Au Pair Agency which operates under the trade name of  PREMIER AU PAIRS (hereinafter  “the Agency” or “We” ) with registered office in Calle Parva, 1, 41960 Gines ( Sevilla) , Spain, email address info@premieraupairs.com  informs to the clients (hereinafter "the User" or "the Users") users of its website www.premieraupairs.com and www.premieraupairs.es (hereinafter "Website") about its Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter “Privacy Policy”) so that they can freely and voluntarily decide whether they wish to provide the Agency the personal data and photographs (hereinafter “Personal Data") that may be required or to be obtained from them when they apply for the services offered by the Agency through this web.

The personal data the users
provide to the Agency may be hosted on our website and will be visible for all users. Copy will also be sent through any means other than the Internet, to all those clients and / or partner agencies requesting an au pair / host family.

The Agency reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy to adapt it to new legislation or jurisprudence as well as to the practices of the Au Pair industry. In such cases the Agency will announce the changes on this website with reasonable notice before implementation.

Registration of files and forms

The personal data provided by the users when doing business with the Agency, will be subject to automated treatment and included in files under the responsibility of Victoria Eugenia Villa Moreno in her capacity of proprietor and Director of the Agency and are registered in the Spanish General Data Protection Registry, having implemented the established security measures.

The users consent and authorize to the person responsible of the files to include their personal data in said files. The Agency provides to the users with adequate technical resources so that, previously, they can access to this notice on the Privacy Policy or any other relevant information to enable them to give their consent for the Agency to proceed with the automated processing of their personal data. If we do not have such authorization we cannot maintain any kind of business relationship with them.

Not providing the personal data requested or not accepting this Privacy Policy is the inability to register and receive the services of the Agency.

Accuracy and reliability of the data provided

The users agree and guarantee that they are solely responsible of the authenticity, truthfulness, updating and accuracy of their personal data provided in their application form and in any other documents provided on their registration as a client of the Agency and commit to keep them updated, exempting the Agency of any liability whatsoever.

The Agency is not responsible for the veracity of the information not produced by themselves nor by other sources duly identified, therefore we assumes no liability whatsoever for possible damage that may arise from the use of such information.

Cookies

The Agency ensures that we do not use cookies to access to the services offered.

Purpose

The purpose of collecting and processing the personal data of the users is to keep the commercial relationship established between them and the Agency; managerial procedures, the administration and provision of services. Users give their consent for sending them, by electronic or traditional means, operational and commercial information, updates, surveys (that they do not have to answer) and, in general, all matters relating to the services and activities provided by the Agency and/or by others, at present and in the future. These services, activities and purposes coincide with those declared to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

National and international transfer of personal data

In order to carry out the commercial and business relationship established between the users and the Agency, national and international transfer of their personal data, including their contact details is required. The users expressly authorize the Agency to transfer and share their personal data with our partner agencies and applicants to become host family/au pair in order to provide them the best match, to the au pair/host family you have reached an agreement with and, also with companies or third parties that, directly or indirectly, maintain business relationship or make contracts with the Agency at present and in the future.

The international transfer of the personal data will be made to Member States of the European Union or other countries for which the European Commission has declared that ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data.

Transfer to third parties

The users consent to allow the Agency to transfer their personal data with the same purposes as those indicated for obtaining the information regarding the services offered. The Agency has the right to transfer all rights and obligations arising from the commercial and business relationship with the users, completely or partially, to third parties.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, are also considered those companies with whom the Agency directly or indirectly makes contractual arrangements relating to compliance with its activity in the market at present or in the future.

Security measures


The
Agency has adopted security measures to protect the personal data by installing in its systems and files the necessary technical measures to ensure the confidentiality of said information to avoid loss, alteration and unauthorized access. The transmission of the users’ personal data through the services of the Agency is at their own risk because they must be aware that, in the Internet environment, invulnerable security does not exist. Therefore, the Agency shall not be liable for any loss or damages that may result from the data transmission..

Right of access, rectification, cancellation and objection

The users have the possibility of exercise the right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the processing of their personal data by sending a written communication to

To exercise these rights and in compliance with the Instruction 1/1998, of  January 19th  of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, the users must prove their identity by sending copy of  their identity card or any other legally valid document.

Acceptance and consent


The users confirm having been informed of the terms of the Personal Data Protection, accepting the automatic processing of their personal data by the Agency, in the form and for the above indicated purposes.

El Usuario ratifica haber sido informado sobre la Protección de Datos Personales, aceptando y consintiendo el tratamiento automatizado de los mismos por parte de la Agencia, en la forma y para las finalidades arriba  indicada.

Final notice

In the event of any discrepancy in the translations of this Privacy Policy to other languages, the Spanish version shall prevail.
